Musical Theater Camp (Ages 8-16)
Each session runs from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and wraps up with a performance for friends and family.
Step into the spotlight at our Musical Theater Camp! Students will learn the basics of singing solos, duets, and ensemble pieces from popular musicals, along with acting in short scenes. It's the perfect camp to explore your love for musical theater, build confidence, and have fun performing with friends!
Highlights of Our Musical Theater Camp:
Vocal Performance: Develop your voice for both solos and group numbers. Learn projection, articulation, and how to convey emotion through song.
Acting Techniques: Work on bringing characters to life with exercises in expression, posture, and scene work. This includes learning to act both with and without music.
Stage Movement: Discover how to move on stage with purpose, enhancing your performance with blocking that tells a story.
Final Performance: Showcase your skills with a mini musical production! Friends and family are invited to experience the final performance from 12:00-12:30pm on the last day of camp.
